She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Graham and Florence Reed Patton; and her former husband Neddie Ray Smith. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Edgins; her children, Joyce Annette Fox (Ken), Alvin Thomas Patton, Samuel Ray Smith, Nathan Graham Smith (Lisa) and Brian Keith Smith (TerrI); and her siblings, Leatha Kelley Tripp, Dorothy Grigg (Carmie), Horace Junior Patton (Delores), John Wesley Patton (Debbie), James Dewey Patton (Mary Jane), Paul Waldo Patton (Donna), Kenneth Ray Patton (Jean), Robert Eugene Patton and Ernest Steven Patton (Carolyn). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
