She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred "Bub" Perkins and Georgia Ophelia Berry Whittington; and her brothers, James and Fred. She is survived by: her husband Donnie Vaughn Puett; her daughters, Shimika, Chandra, Allie "Cat", Ashley and Kaitlyn; and her grandchildren, Dejiontee, Emmanuel, Myan, Aaliyah, Leighanna, Mia, Carter and Elijah. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
