He is survived by: his wife Abbie Shook; his children, Allen Shook, Tina Shook and Jane Self; his son-in-law Jay Self; his grandchildren, Joshua Shook, John Johnson, April Fortenberry, Jessica Branch, Anna Self and Elisha Self; and his great grandchildren, Hunter Johnson, Dylan Johnson, Brayden Aikey, Delylia Branch, Christian Killian, Henry Self and Luke Johnson.
