He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Linda Deal McIntosh; his children, Tammy Reid Duncan of Hickory, Bobby Wayne McIntosh (Dorcas) of Granite Falls and William Lee McIntosh (Sparrow) of Icard; his godson Kelly Price (Michelle) of Hudson; his grandchildren, Savannah Duncan, Jerry Duncan (Darae), Stefanie Stoneking (Steven) and Jacob McIntosh; his great grandchildren, Jaxon Young, Jahmod Duncan, Jyran Duncan and Silas Paul Stoneking; and his siblings-in-law, Ray Ward, Colin Deal (Juanita L.), Allen Deal (Juanita N.), Del Deal (Terri) and Vicky McIntosh.
