He was predeceased by: his wife Nettie Lail Huffman; his siblings, Louie Huffman, Perry Huffman and Maybell Rector; and his grandson Allen Frazier Nichols.
He is survived by: his children, Kay Nichols and Kenneth Dean Huffman (Joyce); his grandchildren, Jan Nichols and Dwayne Huffman; his stepgrandchildren, Joy Bellamy, Jeff Bellamy and Donna Byington; and his grandchildren, Aron Nichols, Chelsea Nichols, Trent Nichols and Kobe Moody. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
