He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Shook, Sr. and Ruby Decker Shook; his wife Reda Stilwell Shook; his sons, Wayne and Steve Shook; his siblings, Bill Shook, Martha Shook, Elizabeth Thompson and Peggy Ogle; and his brother-in-law Walter Gragg.
He is survived by: his significant other Lord; his siblings, Clyde Shook, Jr., Cecil Shook (Rheta), Ruth Crump (Bill), Linda Hart (Danny) and Bernice Gragg; his brother-in-law Forest; his daughter Wanda Austin; his grandchildren, Shelia Bachman, Crystal McGuire, Rebecca Penny, Steven and Brian Shook; his friends, Frank, Reda, Regina Hall and Jerry Curtis; and also, Teresa Shook, Claire Villa, Emily Bachman, Benjamin Penny, Jackson Dodgen, Tyler Whitaker, Alaina and Braelyn Shook. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
