He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cooke and Perella Mosteller Cooke. He is survived by: his son Kenneth Everette Cooke of Hildebran; his caregivers, Brent Eric Cooke, Shirley Jan Huffman of Connelly Springs and Cathy Faye Bolick of Bethlehem, NC.; and his brother Carl T. Cooke of Icard. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
