She is survived by: her parents, Hilton Bowles and Sadie Whitener Bowles; her husband Louis; her children, John Garrou (Linda) of Winston, Elizabeth Furr (James) of Valdese, N. C. and Albert Garrou (June) of Thomasville, N. C; her grandchildren, Eleanor Rubin (Cliff) of Hastings and Margaret Garrou (John Fitzgibbon) of San Francisco, CA; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte Margaret Rubin, Griffin Garrou Rubin, Liam Henry Garrou Fitzgibbon and Emmett Oliver Fitzgibbon.
