She is survived by: her mother Betty Jeanine Swink; her children, Cora Shivers, Tina Willoughby, Shawn Ford, Robert McCurdy and LeeAnn Oehlert; her grandchildren, Natalie Rose, Noah, Jocelyn, Austin, Micole, Wyatt and Gavin; and her sister Heather Smith.
