She is survived by: her parent Edith Helen Martin Annis; her husband Ed Kurtz; her children, Chris Kurtz (Joy) of Morganton, Jason Kurtz (Teresa) of Drexel and Sarah Morgan (Ryan) of Morganton; her grandchildren, Anna Grace Kurtz, Ava Kurtz, Jaxon Kurtz, Madison Morgan and Avery Morgan; and her sister Beverly Neighorn.
