She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Wayne Lackey and Beulah Feimster Lackey; her brother Howard Wayne Lackey; and her mother-in-law Mary Bertalot. She is survived by: her husband Ernest Milton Bertalot; her brother Doug Lackey (Roxanne); her child Kelly Bertalot Adkins; her grandsons, Steven Michael Day and Jeremy Wayne Adkins; her great grandchildren, Braylen Day and Lyla Coffey; her nephews, Will and Jason; her niece April; and her extended family, Victor Coffey, Judy Lackey, Annie Hoffman and Mom.
