He is survived by: his fiancé Stefanie Shiflet; his children, Kyleigh, Coltan, Tatum and Lillie; his parents, Kathryn Johnson (Mike) and Charles Howard (Nancy); his siblings, Brandi Howard, Megan Swaim, Michaela Hand, Tara High and Isaac High; and his grandparents, Kathy Watson (Johnny Brank), Garry Lineberry, Thomas Young and Joyce Brown.
