She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Earvin Carpenter and Ruby Thelma Crotts Carpenter; her husband Franklin Dale Fulbright; and her siblings, Reuben Carpenter, Olin Carpenter and Phyllis Davenport.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Fulbright (Rebecca) of Hickory and Brent Fulbright (Teresa) of Vale; her sister Wanda Willis of Morganton; and her grandsons, Michael Fulbright, Brandon Leatherman and Connor Fulbright.
