He was predeceased by: his father John Hollifield; his wife Bertie Lea Woody Ledford; and his sons, Mark Douglas and John Randall. He is survived by: his children, Terry Ledford (Vickie Burleson), Vickie Clanton (Rick) and Kay Price (David); and his siblings, Cindy Buchanan, Clarice Singleton, Albert Ward and Harold "Jell" Ward. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
