She was predeceased by: her parents, Leeroy Cook and Rose Lail Cook; her husband John Clinton Chapman; her siblings, Gene, Garland, Carl, John Howard Cook and Kathryn Cook; and her grandson Joshua Braswell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Hazel Chapman Braswell (Ronald) and Helen Chapman Hildebran; her grandchildren, John Chapman (Darlene) of Connelly Springs, Jason Hildebran (Alisha), Chad Braswell (Tori), Rebecca Braswell, Crystal Braswell and Joshua Hildebran; her great grandchildren, Cole Braswell, Bryson Hoyle and Kaylee Patton; and her sister Hazel Cook Hull. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
