He is survived by: his wife Teresa Evans Childers; his children, Jesse Childers (Natalie), Clinton Childers, Kasey Wooten, Dustin Cook, Sadie Jordan and Danielle Childers; his siblings, Sherry Johnson (David) of Wendy Proctor, Tony Childers (Scott) and Derrick Childers; his grandchildren, Zoe Cook, Ashton Cloer, Taylor Cloer, Mikalah Childers, Ava Childers, Jace Childers, Kayelee Childers, Jaelyn Childers and Shane Stewart; his nephew Brian Johnson; and his child Adam Lail.
