She was predeceased by: her parents, David Ervin and Mary Helen Metcalf. She is survived by: her close friend Kermit Arrowood; her daughter Allyson Galloway (Mark) of Forest City; her brother Rick Ford (Tammy) of Florida; and her grandchildren, Madison, Hayden and Anastyn Galloway.
