He was predeceased by: his parent Doris Stafford Atchley; and his brother Frankie Atchley. He is survived by: his parent Robert Atchley; his wife Debbie Cole Atchley; his stepchildren, Michael Owens (Diane Arrowood Owens) and Melissa Diane Russ; his siblings, Tony Atchley (Cathy), Christine McDaniel (Harvey) and Shelia Henson (Kenny); and also, Jalen Rumfelt and Nicholas McDaniel.
