He was predeceased by: his wife Bobbie Jean Conner Hill; his parents, Wigmore Ellis Hill and Della Conner Hill; and his great grandchildren, Kayden Allen and Cole Ignatius.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Nessie Ranta and Ellis Hill; his son Ralph Hill Jr. of Union Mills; his brother Billy Ray Hill of Ellenboro; and his great grandchildren, Dixie Lynn and Savannah Louise.
