She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Monteith and Ethel Stewart Monteith (late John Willie Briscoe); her child Jeana Harrill; and her siblings, Gayle, Patsy and Steve Monteith.
She is survived by: her son Lowell Briscoe of Raleigh, NC; her grandson John Lawrence Briscoe; and her brother Billy Ray Monteith.
Memorials may be made to Round Hill Baptist Church or The Juvenile Diabetes Association.
