She was predeceased by: her brother Edward Wallace Crook, Jr.; and her nephew Jeremy Shane Weeks. She is survived by: her parents, Edward Crook and Shirley Hall Crook; her daughter Amy Bradley; her sisters, Donna Crook Moore of Nebo and Kaye Crook Street of Spindale; and her sister-in-law Grace Crook of Wisconsin.
