It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Pannell (Union Mills, North Carolina), who passed away on January 19, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Smith of Washington and Lector Lee Laughter Smith; and her brother Paul Jonas Smith. She is survived by: her children, Spencer Pannell (Lesa), Robin Pannell (Carolyn), Victor Pannell (Pam) and Jody Pannell Tate (Paul); and her grandchildren, Brandi Fore (Brandon), Ashley Crisp, Kayla Pannell, Brittany Pannell, Amber Pannell and Rachel Tate. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
