She is survived by: her children, Spencer Pannell (Lesa), Robin Pannell (Carolyn), Victor Pannell (Pam) and Jody Pannell Tate (Paul); and her grandchildren, Brandi Fore (Brandon), Ashley Crisp, Kayla Pannell, Brittany Pannell, Amber Pannell and Rachel Tate. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
