She is survived by: her sons, David Forbes (Lynn) of Arcadia, FL, Rick Forbes of Arcadia, FL and Brian Forbes of Arcadia, FL; her granddaughter Christina Samuel of Forest City; her siblings, Jimmy Price of Charlotte, Doris Horrell of Wilmington and Barbara Lewis of Atkinson; her grandchildren, Cynthia Bransum and Taylor Forbes; and her great grandchildren, Tyson Samuel, Quentin Samuel, Chloe Samuel, Kinlee Samuel, Callie Branscum, Landon Branscum and Angelo Branscom.
