Stephen Tulbert Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Tulbert (Union Grove, North Carolina), who passed away on April 26, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Leon and Willie Mae Sale Tulbert; and his brother William "Bill" Franklin Tulbert. He is survived by: his wife Carol Gregory Tulbert; his daughters, Amy Tulbert Rankin (David) of Yadkinville and Amber Tulbert of Union Grove; his grandchildren, Stephen Walker of Raleigh, Joseph Walker, Rachel Walker of Yadkinville, Gregory Tulbert-Cooper of Union Grove, Sy Rankin, Selam Rankin, Della Rankin of Yadkinville and Zachary Tulbert-Cooper of Union Grove; his siblings, Rebecca Poplin of Statesville, Daniel Tulbert (Diane) of Hamptonville and Mark Tulbert (Rob) of Raleigh; and his siblings-in-law, Pam Tulbert of Mooresville and Darol Gregory (Judy) of North Wilkesboro. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Zion Baptist Church at 714 Union Grove Road, Union Grove, NC 28689.
