He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Herman (Shelia) of Catawba and Nancy Martin McMillan (Gary) of Taylorsville; his siblings, Crystal Church (Daniel), Lacey Herman, Kayleigh Ebersold (Andrew), Vicky Warf (Jimmy), Sherry Chucci (Anthony), Jeremy Beheler and Josh McMillan; his nieces, Breanna, Mackenzie and Piper Church; and his close friend Charles Wilson.
