He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hicks Patterson; his daughter Sherrie Patterson Earwood (James); his grandchildren, Heather Patterson (Kyle) and Joshua Howell Patterson; his great grandchildren, Haley, Isaac and Junie; and his siblings, Monette Tadlock (Kenny), Angela Horton (Cris), Melissa Patterson and Bill Patterson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
