Nona Hoots Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2018, at the age of 94, Nona Hoots (Union Grove, North Carolina), born in Raleigh, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nona Hoots to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parent Freddy Combs; her husband Waldo Weldon Hoots; and her daughters, Diane Hoots and Sharon Hoots. She is survived by: her parent Ina Combs; her children, Roger Hoots (Donna) of Winston-Salem, Gerald Hoots (Robin) of Greensboro and Karen F. Hoots of Hamptonville; her grandchildren, Shannon and Steffen; and her great grandchildren, Lui, Sia, Ari and Eli. She is also survived by four brothers; and four sisters.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be considered to Yadkin County Hospice, 243 N. Lee Ave., Yadkinville, NC 27055; or to Zion Baptist Church.
