She is survived by: her spouse Carlton Roy Forrest; her children, Kelly Forrest (Christy) of Lexington and Sherry Lynn Forrest Lunsford; her siblings, Bobby Wayne Sink of Lexington, Barry Lane Sink (Shelia) of Holly Ridge and Libby Gay Leonard (Bryce) of Lexington; and her grandchildren, Zachary (Brooke), Kaleb and Rene.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Union Grove Baptist Church.
