It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herman Marshall Speece Jr. of Union Grove, North Carolina, who passed away on August 2, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Marshall Speece Sr. and Dorothy Brown Speece; and his brothers, Stephen Speece and Leland Speece. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Carol Speece; his children, Joey Dye, Russell Dye, Herman Speece III (Catherine Vargas) and Dorothy Jayne Speece (Patrick McNeely); his grandchildren, Michael Dye, William Tate Speece, Jackson Goodenow, Lilah Goodenow, Koltn Speece and Autumn Dye; his siblings, Timothy Speece (Yolanda) and Cindy Robbins (Mark Robbins); and his nephew Nathan Robbins. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
