We are sad to announce that on June 25, 2021, at the age of 99, Lucy Koger Gibbs of Tyner, North Carolina, born in Worth, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellen Tudor Koger and Taylor Albert Koger; her husband Ben Gibbs; her daughter Judy Davidson; her brother Claude Koger; and her grandson Greg Walker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carrol Meredith (late Bud) of Lebanon, PA and Lynn Werk (Stephen) of Chapel Hill, NC; and her grandchildren, Kim Lohner (Tom) of Tyner, NC, Pam Meredith (Khaled) of Katy, TX, Julie Walsh (Kevin) of Saranac Lake, NY, Bud Meredith (Catherine) of Perkasie, PA, Leslie Davidson of Moyock, NC, Emily Werk of Washington, DC and Caroline Werk of Jupiter, FL. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
