It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Byrum White of Tyner, North Carolina, born in Suffolk, Virginia, who passed away on August 21, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin A., Sr. and Kathleen Jordan Byrum; and her husband James Timothy "Tim" White. She is survived by: her children, Nicole White Flynn (William) of Conway and Jay White (Lori) of Edenton; her brother Melvin A. "Al" Byrum, Jr. (Kathy) of Elizabeth City; her aunt Pat Jordan of Edenton; her grandchildren, Joshua White (Lacey), Chelsea White, Dylan White and Brianne Flynn; and her great grandchild Joel White.
