He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Langley and Ora Annie Ellington Langley; his son Teddy Langley; his brothers, Lloyd and Bruce Langley; and his half-brothers, Watt and Chester Langley.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice Jordan Langley; his children, Tony Langley (Harriett) of Hertford, Robbin Watson (Clarence, III) of Hertford and Jewel Winslow (Edward) of Belvidere; his sister-in-law Mayreece Langley of Fayetteville; and his grandchildren, Justin (Laura), Jennifer, Wendi (Kevin), Brian (Tyler), Amber (Manik) and Brandon.
