It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Michael Tatem (Tyner, North Carolina), who passed away on February 28, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Prike Tatem and Vera Mae Tatem; and his siblings, Sandra Tatem, Linda Tatem and Wilson Tatem.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn "Cricket" Tatem; his siblings, Butch Tatem, Ronnie Tatem and Barbara Tatem; his children, Kristie Tatem and Nicholas Tatem; and his grandchildren, Meghan Ward, Corey Tatem, Ella Tatem, Jensen Tatem, Conner Tatem and Karlee Tatem.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM and at 3:00 PM at the Ballard's Bridge Baptist Church (3025 Virginia Rd, Tyner, NC 27980).
