He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Olive Bunting; his sister Janet Crabtree; his wife Susan Boys Frame; his father Charlie Frame Sr.; his sons, Sam Frame (Katherine Blackwell) and Matthew Frame; his sisters, Louisa (Bohdan Tkachenko) and Margaret (Michael Braman); his grandchildren, Evie, Charli and Alex; and his siblings-in-law, Mae Boys and Ernest M. Boys Jr.. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers his family requests that donations in Charlie's memory be directed to the Frank and Calla Bell Scholarship Foundation, P.O. Box 1192, Flat Rock, NC 28731.
