It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velma Joyce Fryar of Turkey, North Carolina, who passed away on November 19, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Isaac Carr and Beulah Wilson Carr. She is survived by: her husband George W. Fryar Jr.. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends.
