He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Hill Williams, II and Mary Jones Williams Taylor; his wife Shirley Matthews Williams; his sister Mary Ann Matthis; and his stepfather Ceness Taylor.
He is survived by: his sons, Timmy Williams and Warren Williams of Turkey; his grandchildren, Allen Williams (Jillian), Samantha Nethercutt (James Jena Grace) and Allyson Williams; and his great grandchildren, Everly Nethercutt and Wyatt Williams.
A private service will be held due to the rules and regulations of Covid 19.
