He is survived by: his wife Carrie Lynn Chambers Mercer; his sons, Greg Mercer (Tammy), Terry Mercer (Wendy) and Jeremy Mercer (Becky); his grandchildren, Audrey, Deandra White, Zackery, Cody, Hunter, Will and Bella; his great grandchild Isabella White; and his siblings, Major Bryant McCullen, Jr., Vincent McCullen, Nancy Ezzell, Brenda Quinn, Connie Wilson and Melody Willis.
