She was predeceased by: her father Henry Marshall Pate Sr.; and her sister Carolyn D. Pate. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth E. Pate; her sons, Jason E. Pate of Turkey and Jonathan R. Pate (Katie) of Turkey; and her grandchildren, Gracelynn A. Pate, Kinslee B. Pate and Hallie R. Pate of Turkey. She is also survived by three nephews two nieces and one great niece and three great nephews.
