Griffin; his children, Jeffrey Shane Griffin (Kaye) of Faison, Vernon (Krystal) of Warsaw, Heather G. Distel (Chris) of Kentucky, Renee Sutton (Matthew) of Rose Hill and Tiffany Griffin of Faison; his grandchildren, Caden Griffin, Cheyenne Griffin, Joanna Griffin, Allison Distel, Rylee Vernon, Cole Sutton and Savannah Sutton; his siblings, Johnny Griffin (Sandy) of Warsaw and Barbara Brock of Faison; and his stepbrother Dale Locklear of Tabor City.
