We are sad to announce that on July 23, 2018, at the age of 80, Vivian Martinez (Tuckasegee, North Carolina), born in Oak Park, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Vern Slemmons of Elkhart, IN; and her sisters, Verlee Lunsford and Karen Deak. She is survived by: her parent Ruth Slemmons Awe of Elkhart, IN; her children, Rick Martinez of Tuckasegee, NC, David Martinez (Anne) of Acworth, GA and Rebecca Bath (David) of Cumming, GA.; and her grandchildren, Garrett Martinez, Spencer Scheu, Gavin Scheu and Olivia Bath.
