It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Francis Smith of Tuckasegee, North Carolina, born in Gowanda, New York, who passed away on June 29, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Smith and Gertrude Smith; and his sister Mary. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Smith; his stepsons, James, Donald and Scott; his grandchildren, Amanda, Dakota, Joshua and Nathan; his great grandchildren, Giovanni, Gavin, Guilianna and Gamison; and his siblings, Pat, Marge and Richard.
