He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Smith and Gertrude Smith; and his sister Mary. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Smith; his stepsons, James, Donald and Scott; his grandchildren, Amanda, Dakota, Joshua and Nathan; his great grandchildren, Giovanni, Gavin, Guilianna and Gamison; and his siblings, Pat, Marge and Richard.
