He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmell Owen and Pansy Mathis Owen; and his nephew Cody Owen. He is survived by: his brothers, Doug Owen (Debbie) and Steven Owen (Heather); his niece Amanda (Daniel); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zoey, Gauge, Briar, Wyatt, McKayla and Landon. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
