He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Millsaps and Elizabeth Millsaps. He is survived by: his siblings, Rae Hall, Pearl Wood, Violet Graves, Mary Roberson, Ruby Middleton, Velma Stephens and Vance Millsaps; his grandchildren, Whitney Grace and Brittany Ann Millsaps; his wife Joyce Clayton Millsaps; his children, Bryan R. Millsaps and Denise Millsaps; his grandchildren, Jeremy Pigg, Austin Millsaps, Andrew Pigg, Madison Lindemuth (Cameron), Lauren Pigg and Trevor Millsaps; and his brother Paul Millsaps. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and in-laws.
