She is survived by: her children, Derek Cope (Sharon) of Tuckasgee, Alesia Farmer (Nathan) of Tuckasegee and Virgie Lynn Cope of Tuckasgee; her grandchildren, Beverly Ramey (Zach), Chris Farmer (Vanora), Sarah Hendershot (Michael), Melissa Shelton (Cameron), Jeremy Farmer, Ashley Queen and Melody Gates (James Brown); and her sisters, Lora Mae Miller of Chesapeake, VA and Virgie Aileen Ashe of Sylva. She is also survived by 18 Great Grandchildren, 4 Great Great Grandchildren.
