He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bill and Ina Mae Benson Kuykendall; and his siblings, Peggy McSwain and Carl Kuykendall. He is survived by: his wife Ann Kuykendall; his daughters, Barbie Kuykendall Rojas (Antonio) and Tonya Kuyendall Cannon; his grandchildren, Chase Cannon, Shelby Crouse (Stephen), Logan Rojas, Landon Rojas and Cade Rojas; his brother Joe Allen Kuykendall; and his great grandchildren, Elouise Crouse and Nolan Crouse.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the McFarland Funeral Chapel (54 McFarland Dr, Tryon, NC 28782). A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
