We bid farewell to Sarah Russell (Tryon, North Carolina), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 9, 2025 at the age of 36. Sarah touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Sarah shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Sarah farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her parents, Gregory Steven Nelson and Rachel Louise Fox Moore; her daughters, Callijo Dakota Murray and Harley Jean Russell; her sister Teresia Diane McClendon; her stepfather Rick Moore; and her fiancé Austin Gray.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Petty Funeral Home (124 S 562, Landrum, SC 29356). A celebration of life was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beulah Baptist Church (123 Beulah Church Ln, Tryon, NC 28782).
