It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Bentley (Tryon, North Carolina), born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, who passed away on January 26, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Janilyn Barker. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Sheldon; his children, Laurie Manderbach (Tom) of Lake Lure, NC, Scott Bentley of Akron, OH and Jon Bentley of Reno, NV; his son-in-law Terry Barker; and his former wife Marilyn Bentley of Willoughby. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren (soon to be 5) and the mother of his children.
Donations can be made in Richard's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
