She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gibbs and Omie Laughter Gibbs; and her brother Anthony Gibbs. She is survived by: her husband Dean Toney; her sons, Randy Toney (Kimberly) of Green Creek and Marc Toney (LeeAnn) of Boiling Springs; her brother Harold Gibbs of Sunny View; her grandchildren, Mason, Allie, Logan and Jacob; her niece Lora Brock; and her nephew Jeffrey Gibbs.
