She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jesse Jake and Mary Shehan; her son Darel Wahl; her husband Lindsey "Lin" Wahl; her daughters, Amy Dalbo (Eric) of Montgomery, N. Y. and Angela Sanders (James) of Atlanta, G. A.; her grandsons, Joshua Sanders and Mike Dalbo; and her brother Steve Shehan (Lisha) of Columbus, N. C..
