He was predeceased by: his grandfather John Eubanks, Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Terry W. Hensley and Susan E. Hensley (Eubanks) of Rutherfordton, NC.; his sister Ashley H. McCurry of Rutherfordton; his niece Emily McCurry; his grandparents, Scott, Lynn Hensley of Mill Springs, NC and Beverly Eubanks Jordon (Glenn) of Tryon, NC; his pet Larry; and his friends, CJ, Raymond, Jessie, Joey, Andrew and Chris.
